You can fit one cup of food in the large compartment, two-thirds of a cup in the smaller compartment and another third in the larger dip well. 2 Cups in total. The best part is that, in making the compartments larger, the dip well functionality has also been redesigned to allow easier access.

- Pre-portioned removable illustrated tray. Large food well is 1 and ⅓ cup, small food well is ⅔ cups plus large dip well approx 2 tablespoons
- All food-safe materials, BPA-free and phthalates-free. Sturdy ABS (outer box), Tritan (tray) and Silicone (seal)
- Dishwasher-safe (top rack only up to 65°C), hand washing the lid is highly recommended to prolong the longevity of the seal
